[jcifs] Endless looping occuring in SmbTransport::negotiate

Just create a static object and syncronize on it.

static Object lock = new Object();

void copyTo(..) {
syncronized( lock ) {

//everything in here.

}
}

That will probably fix it (it will also probably slow it down pretty
significantly).
