[jcifs] Do we use OpLocks?

Mike,

At the Samba Conference, Jeremy asked if jCIFS excersizes oplocks at
all. I wasn't completely sure, but I answered that most uses of jCIFS
were short-term connections (file transfers, directory lookups,
etc.). Oplocks are useful primarily when you have a mounted filesystem,
and are using remote files as local files.

Anyway, if any of that is wrong I'd like to clear it up.
