[jcifs] NTLM authentication IE password prompting

Michael,

Could you add these links to your NTLM HTTP Authentication documentation
please. They describe IE's assumption of what makes an intranet as opposed
to an internet address and how to override that if need be (as I had to). I
suspect others who walk this path may need to know too.
