[jcifs] Install help

I don't have a lot of experience with Java on Linux, so I was hoping
someone could help me get JCifs built and running. I changed JAVA_HOME
to /usr/lib/j2sdk1.3 and I installed ant 4.1. But I don't have jaxp.jar
or parser.jar. As such, the orgs.apache.tools.ant.Main line fails with a
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/tools/ant/Main.

Any help is much appreciated.
