[distcc] Using a weaker machine or not

I've also got an AMD phenom 3x, and a 2x, all pretty slow computers. You
can always run 2 compile threads per core on the faster machines,
although I'm not doing anything fancy like that. If you do a
well-parallelized build like the Linux kernel than it doesn't really
matter if its a bit asynchronous.
