[distcc] BLOCKED state

Hi all,

I have simple question,
I'm running lot of compile tasks, but unfortunately, distccmon-text
Shows that lot of taska are in Blocked state and lot of distcc
executors are in idle state.

What does it mean that distccmon shows that task is blocked? does
distcc has own facility not to let tasks to do the job on a local
machine?
