[distcc] distcc and ssh

I am able to use distcc with distccd --daemon but not using ssh. My
~/.distcc/hosts file has phanna at remote.host as a host line. Is there
any other debug information that I can obtain to diagnose why ssh is
not working but tcp does. Just to be sure, I killed the distccd
--daemon that was working before I tried using ssh.
