[distcc] Cross compile Samba 2.2.8

Hi all,

Once I cross-compile the samba 2.2.8 by using arm-linux-gcc (gcc 3.3.2),
and problem is that there couldn't find "acl.h", when it just started to
compile "server.c".  So, I look through the cross compiler, there doesn't
has this file.  Can you please give some hint?
