[distcc] A patch I'd like to see made

Martin,

The only patch I'd like to see made (at this time) to distcc is to change the argument parsing so that if "gcc -x c++" is given, distcc recognizes this as equivalent to using "g++" and doesn't insist on the build happening locally.
