[distcc] DistCC / Multicast

Hi Martin,

Why not? Multicast is very usefull in this situation, all the
clustered environment are using multicast to join member to the
cluster.

Probably is not a good idea to add multicast support directly in
distcc (lots of work compared to benefits).

But, Simon, I think that you can write for your own use a "back end"
utility to find available distcc servers.

I'd like to do it too, but I don't have the time now, if I'll code
anything I'll shere it with you (and to everybody :-).

Martin what do you think? Is it possible (and profittable)?
