[distcc] mon-text.c patch

Hello!

I submitted a patch back in February of this year ( 
http://lists.samba.org/archive/distcc/2005q1/002873.html ) which was 
subsequently tweaked by Jean Delvare in a long thread (which I missed 
due to the fact that I don't subscribe to this e-mail list), however it 
seems like it wasn't integrated into the mainstream code.

I've filed a bug listing with the gentoo developers in the hopes they 
can attach this patch to the distcc that they provide with portage, 
however it would probably be preferable for all if it was in the distcc 
release (allowing it was wanted, of course). 

I've uploaded the patch to the gentoo bug tracker, found here:

Can someone try this out and let me know if it's acceptable, and if so, 
can we integrate it? I think it adds a good deal to the usefulness of 
the distccmon-text output.
