[distcc] errors

Hello all,
  I am in need of some assistance.  I have searched the net pretty good
now and have come up empty handed.

I keep getting these two errors:

(dcc_redirect_fd) CRITICAL! failed to reopen fd0 onto /dev/null:
Permission denied
ERROR: compile <filename_here> on 10.10.10.4 failed with exit code 107

Any help with this error greatly appreciated.

I am running gentoo, and distcc 2.18.3.
