[distcc] distcc only works on one computer

I m working on Mandriva 10.2 with KDE 3.3.2
I m trying to increase the speed of compilation but distcc doesn t seem to use more than one computer (localhost )
I modifie the folowing in .bashrc
export DISTCC_HOSTS='localhost IPadress1 IPadress2'
export PATH=/usr/lib/distcc/bin:$PATH
here is what I got

Every 2,0s: distccmon-text                                                  Mon Apr 25 14:58:21 2005

 30338  Blocked                                                            [0]
 30755  Compile     mremap.c                                      localhost[0]
 30756  Compile                                                             localhost[0]
 30765  Compile                                                             localhost[0]
