[distcc] possible distcc bug - breaks build of gdm-2.6.0.6

I think you will find it is -j breaking the build, not distcc.

2.6.0.7 is the latest release; that might be better.

This seems to be a bug in the gdm makefiles: libvicious is not built
before it is used.  Fix the bug or turn off -j for that build.
