Hi all,
As I was upgrading to distcc 2.17, I noticed that compiling 2.17 would
generate warnings that were not present in 2.16:
src/distcc.h:151: warning: `warn_unused_result' attribute directive ignored
src/distcc.h:229: warning: `warn_unused_result' attribute directive ignored
src/distcc.h:230: warning: `warn_unused_result' attribute directive ignored
src/distcc.h:231: warning: `warn_unused_result' attribute directive ignored
src/distcc.h:232: warning: `warn_unused_result' attribute directive ignored
src/distcc.h:233: warning: `warn_unused_result' attribute directive ignored
src/distcc.h:237: warning: `warn_unused_result' attribute directive ignored
For every file including this header file, of course.
It's only a warning, and I guess it shouldn't harm. But maybe it should
be investigated and fixed?
This is Slackware GNU/Linux 9.1, glibc 2.3.2, gcc 3.2.3.
Thanks.
