[distcc] distmon doesn't monitor?

As per the distcc docs on gentoo.org and at the end of the emerge distcc
process, start the monitors like this:

DISTCC_DIR=/var/tmp/portage/.distcc distccmon-gnome
DISTCC_DIR=/var/tmp/portage/.distcc distccmon-text
