[distcc] call for testing

Could people please test this situation and report your results: 

Try compiling with LZO compression on, using both DISTCC_MMAP=0 and
DISTCC_MMAP=1.  Does it work for you?  Is there a measurable speed
difference?

If there's no difference I will probably remove mmap receipt, since it
seems a little flaky and may not be much faster.
