There is no command that I have found for distcc-mon.  I think this is a
typo or a mistake.  It should be:

SYNTAX
       distccmon-text [DELAY]

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. man distccmon-text

Actual Results:  
SYNTAX
       distcc-mon [DELAY]

Expected Results:  
SYNTAX
       distccmon-text [DELAY]
