I'm building packages for several Red Hat/Fedora distributions using 
distcc an chroot. The following links may be of some interest to you:

Basicly you install a minimal chroot system (you could use mach for that), 
install the Red Hat/Fedora compiler package and distcc-server and off you 
go.
