[distcc] BUG: Compiling ccache-2.3 with distcc

While it is often possible to compile between different versions of GCC,
it really doesn't always work... you may have simply run in to a
compatibility issue between GCC 3.3.1 and 3.2.2, between preprocessing
(done locally) and actual compilation?

I'm no expert with this stuff, however.
