[distcc] Cygwin and /tmp problem

That is interesting.  I made the distcc package for Cygwin and I would 
tend to think that this is simply not going to be possible.  However, I 
am a developer, not a great user of Cygwin, so there is possibly a trick 
that I do not know of.
