[distcc] distcc-2.11.2 on Solaris

Hi,

Other than the --without-gtk and --without-gnome issues, distcc-2.11.2 
builds just fine on Solaris 8 with the Sun ONE Studio 7 compiler and 
GTK+ installed on the machine. There's just a warning you may want to fix:

$
./configure --with-gtk
[...]
$ make
[...]
"src/mon-gnome.c", line 425: warning: implicit function declaration: 
getloadavg
[...]
$
