Found a bug in autogen.sh,

With version 2.57a (sys-devel/autoconf-2.57a-r1 on Gentoo), running
autogen.sh causes an error:

autogen.sh: line 20: [: 57a: integer expression expected

The output of autoconf --version | sed 1q:
autoconf (GNU Autoconf) 2.57a

The cut is giving the 57a and causing problems in the test in the
autogen.sh file.
