[distcc] libxml2-2.5.9 fails with distcc.

Please also file a bug at http://bugs.gentoo.org and assign it to me
(lisa at gentoo.org), CC it to gnome at gentoo.org.

Include the output from `emerge info` with the bug report.

I just tried to emerge libxml2-2.5.9, and it Worked For Me(tm) (with
distcc-2.10).
