[distcc] distcc 2.10 released

There is a problem with the Makefile.

If you attempt to `make clean` it yells at you that it can't clean out
./lzo.

root at time distcc-2.10 # make clean
rm -f config.cache config.log
cd lzo && make clean
make[1]: Entering directory `/build/distcc/distcc-2.10/lzo'
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `clean'.  Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/build/distcc/distcc-2.10/lzo'
make: *** [clean-lzo] Error 2

(This is also the case if you manually go into ./src and `make clean`.)

A minor issue, to be sure, but on a small hard drive it adds up quickly.
