[distcc] Typo in distcc.1 (distcc-2.8)

In distcc's manpage, the term "distcc" appears twice in
following sentence:

...
Unlike other distributed build systems, distcc _distcc_ does not
require all machines to share a filesystem, or to have the same
libraries or header files installed.  
...

Following patch will remove the second, unhighlighted distcc.
