[distcc] ncpus returns 0

Yes, it actually fails:

[..]
mkdir -p linuxdoc/html
cd linuxdoc/html && linuxdoc --footer=../footer.html -B html ../distcc.sgml
linuxdoc: not found
*** Error code 127

...but I just realized this is because of a subtle difference between GNU make 
and BSD make. Forcing this FreeBSD box to use gmake will indeed make it 
ignore the error. Sorry for the false alert.
