[distcc] distcc 2.1 released!

distcc 2.1 works nicely on FreeBSD and the version in the FreeBSD Ports 
Collection was just upgraded to reflect this release. A minor bug I noticed: 
the --user and --allow options for distccd are not mentioned in the manual. A 
patch to linuxdoc/distcc.sgml which adds brief explanations of these is 
attached.
