[distcc] masquerade patch for distcc 1.2.1

Here's my compiler-masquerading patch adapted for distcc 1.2.1:

    http://www.blorf.net/distcc-1.2.1-masquerade.patch

To use it (after compiling and installing distcc), create a separate dir
(such as /usr/lib/distcc/bin) and put (sym)links to distcc in it with
the names of the compiler(s) you'd like distcc to masquerade.

Martin:  please let me know if there is anything you'd like to see
changed in the patch before it could be included in distcc.
