[distcc] Missing Files: Kernel Compile

I would guess that perhaps you have another program called 'cc' on
your path, or that there is some kind of conflict between the versions
of gcc installed on this machine.  Investigating 'gcc -v' might find
out what's wrong.

That sounds pretty unlikely.  If you use -j then the failed command
may not be the last one in the log.  Try sending it to a file, and
then searching that file.
