[distcc] new port number

IANA have assigned an official TCP port for distcc, 3632.  (Yay
distcc! :-)

A future release of distcc will switch to 3632 as the default port for
client and server.  This means that if you use an old client and new
server or vice versa, they will not be able to find each other.  Since
distcc is pre-1.0 I feel this is OK.

There are three easy solutions:

 - upgrade client and server in parallel -- probably best to do this
   anyhow.

 - set client port in DISTCC_HOSTS

 - set server port with --port or inetd

This message is just to let you know.  There will be a prominent NEWS
note when it happens.
