[distcc] distcc -j1 ok, distcc -j2 fails ?

By the way, this is "zero point thirteen", not "zero point one point
three".  The de facto standard these days is to interpret version
numbers as a dot-separated list of integers, not a floating point
number.

(Perhaps it was just a typo; I just mention this because somebody was
confused a while ago.)
