[distcc] ccache+distcc = cache hit 0 always

This is why I really would want ccache to work with distcc:

Using just ccache, first compile:

real    0m43.825s
user    0m36.385s
sys     0m1.043s

$ make clean

2nd compile

real    0m11.736s
user    0m9.016s
sys     0m0.545s

Yet, the 2nd compile with ccache + distcc is always in the 0m32 real range.
