FIN_WAIT1 bug with RH 6 (Re: [distcc] distcc 0.9 released)

Combination of 2.2.16 (distcc host and 3 distccd servers) and 2.2.19 (one distccd 
server.)

The errors seem to be spread out across all hosts and not tied to any distccd.
