[distcc] distcc on Cygwin - Permission denied error

Hi,

As soon as I noticed that 0.7 had support for Cygwin I thought I'd give it
a try. I've compiled it OK, but I can't get it to work.  When I try to
build the ccache project, I get the following errors:

distccd is running successfully on the machine called 'dvd'. I am not
running it on this machine (p_donovan). I chose to use make -j3 because I
normally use -j2 on my machine - it has two CPUs.

I'd really like to get distcc working on our Windows PCs so I'm willing to
provide more information on request.
