[distcc] CVS version of distcc doesn't compile

Hello all.

I've downloaded the cvs version of distcc, and it doesn't compile... It
has troubles because the generated depcomp and linuxdoc/Makefile.in files
are missing.

I've upgraded autoconf and automake (I had old ones), and fixed the
Makefile.in thing, but I'm not sure what needs to be in the depcomp
file...

Oh, and the 0.4 download doesn't compile in documentation land because
distcc.ps is missing.
