[cifs-protocol] Renewed Request for Entra ID Interoperability Documentation

I previously requested documentation necessary to implement 
interoperable Entra ID authentication, device identity functionality, 
and Intune compliance on Linux and was told that Microsoft's 
interoperability documentation obligations did not extend to Microsoft's 
cloud protocols.

Since that exchange, the European Commission has opened a DMA market 
investigation specifically concerning Microsoft Azure, has preliminarily 
concluded that Azure should be designated a gatekeeper, and is 
conducting a parallel Article 19 investigation examining cloud 
interoperability barriers and whether existing DMA interoperability 
obligations should be extended to cloud computing services.

In light of these developments, I would like Microsoft to reconsider its 
previous position and work with Samba and Himmelblau to validate and 
complete the protocol documentation necessary to achieve effective 
interoperability with Microsoft's Entra ID services.

As with my previous requests, I am supplying the interoperability 
documentation I have already developed through implementation and 
protocol analysis. What we need most is Microsoft's assistance 
validating and correcting the existing documentation and filling in the 
portions that cannot reasonably or reliably be determined through 
network analysis alone.

I will also be attending Microsoft's IOLab at SNIA SDC next month and 
would welcome the opportunity to discuss this work there with the 
protocol teams.

Given the European Commission's renewed focus on cloud interoperability, 
I believe this is a good opportunity for Microsoft, Samba, and 
Himmelblau to resolve this issue constructively.
