For a whole KCC, this is rather short:
MS-DRSR 18.104.22.168.1 ExecuteKCCTasks
procedure ExecuteKCCTasks(): ULONG
This procedure executes the tasks necessary for maintaining the replication topology between DCs.
If an error occurs, a Windows error code is returned. If successful, the method returns 0.
I presume this means run the KCC as found in 6.2.2, but this isn't linked explicitly.
