Hi Matthieu:
Same site setting has no influence on DC referral. As the technet article you mentioned explains, same site setting only has an effect on root referrals and link referrals.

I am still working on with product group for documenting same-site related information in MS-DFSC and will be in touch as soon as I have an answer.

Ok, that's clear. Does the "same site" setting have an influence on this ?
Will this information be added somehow in the MS-DFSC ?
