[cifs-protocol] 2010 SNIA CIFS Plugfest

Some additional notes regarding the rules:

Each company or organization gets at least two free Plugfest attendees.
Here's how the formula works:

1) Every company or .org may register two free Plugfest participants
   "per platform".  Each free Plugfest participant gets a free full-
   conference pass to SDC.

   Example: CompanyX brings an 'CIFS/SMB' server plus an CIFS/SMB client.
   That earns them four free Plugfest participants and four
   full-conference passes.

   Additional full-conference passes cost $495 for Plugfest participants,
   e.g. the fifth Plugfest participant from Sun/Oracle would pay $495 for
   a full SDC pass.

2) Additional  Plugfest participants (beyond the "two per platform")
   who *ONLY* participate in the Plugfest (*NO* conference sessions)
   pay $250 per person.  (Last year this would have applied to only a
   couple of participating .orgs/companies.)

3) SDC attendees who are NOT Plugfest participants pay the posted
   conference rates.
