Thanks for the clarification! It helps a lot.  Do you mean "identical" to the Windows 2008 R2 schema implemented on a windows DC ?   Does "Exact  Value comparison" mean to compare the elements between the schema file we sent you and a real Windows 2008 R2 schema ?

We didn't do this as a 'does this make things break', but as 'what is required to make the schema come out identical again'. 

We don't trust that we can write tests that can prove that a different schema is equivalent for all client software, so instead we go for exact value comparison.
