[cifs-protocol] Correction Assistance Request: DataOffset in WRITE_ANDX request

Hi!

In 4.2.5 of draft-leach-cifs-v1-spec-02.txt the field
DataOffset is described as 

 USHORT DataOffset;               Offset to data bytes

This fails to describe what this offset is taken from. In
particular if the SMB in question is second or third in a
request chain, which is the offset to use?
