I've added this schema, based on the clarified licence from Craig Shank, to Samba4's sources.

http://gitweb.samba.org/?p=samba.git;a=commitdiff;h=cbe6e2a77602a802ad1f8b1ffd9f38c3119f3000

You will note that at the top of the file is the licence in the form of a comment (to ensure these special terms are not lost).

Can we please get updates in this (slightly modified from your original) format into the future? My plan is simply to process this file directly into the database as part of our provision script, so format consistency is important.

Thanks,

Andrew Bartlett
