[cifs-protocol] DataLength2 (MaxCountHigh) in Read AndX response

Hi all,

    I have checked the capabilities field in the Negotiate packet and 
the Large ReadX is supported. However, I cannot make the MaxCountHigh 
value greater than zero in Read AndX response packet by copying a large 
file (~30MB) or streaming a video across.

How do I make the value non-zero?
