[cifs-protocol] SMB_COM_WRITE

Hi all,

    I have seen quite a few SMB_COM_WRITE packets with 0 byte and set at 
offset 64. I cannot find documentation mentioning this feature except in 
the expired rfc draft that this is the way to truncate the file to offset.

    Please can anyone confirm that this feature is still valid.
