Bug fixes:

- Fixed a race condition when creating the initial config file in the cache
  directory.

- Bail out on too hard clang option “-MJ”.

- Bail out on too hard option “-save-temps=obj”.

- Handle separate parameter to clang option “-target” correctly.

- Upgraded bundled zlib to version 1.2.11.
