[ccache] Build problem of qemu>=2.0 when using ccache.

The way to troubleshoot ccache problems like these is normally to enable
ccache debug logging. This is done by setting CCACHE_LOGFILE to a suitable
log file path. However, to be able to make anything out of the logged
information in a more complex build scenario like yours you likely also
have to find out what compiler invocation behaves differently with and
without ccache.
