[ccache] Size of $CCACHE_TEMPDIR

Hi Raja,

CCACHE_TEMPDIR has no associated size - it is only used for storing
temporary files that will be deleted after usage. In some situations, for
instance if ccache is interrupted abnormally, some files may be left
undeleted in CCACHE_TEMPDIR. ccache does not perform any cleanup of the
directory.
