OK. Then this is another instance of
https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8118 (which I should have
realized, sorry about that), which has been discussed previously on
the list (see http://www.mail-archive.com/ccache@lists.samba.org/msg00807.html).

Off list, David Givone has started working on a fix for this, but I
don't know the progress.
