[ccache] [PATCH] CCACHE_BASEDIR and dependency file creation (-MD/-MMD)

Hi,

 Here is an updated patch that also fixes -MT/-MQ options
 on the command line. It also keeps the arg formatting the
 same, so that "make test" passes.
